Fun, Learning and Experience

Our school is a school where we want children to enjoy their learning and have fun learning. We hope that all children by the time they leave us will have a love of learning . Our vision statement shows our philosophy to learning “We aim to provide for the needs of all children in a stimulating and fun environment where they are taught a broad and balanced curriculum and develop a love of learning and a respect for others.”

One example of this is our University sessions. These take place twice a year for three weeks. Children on one morning a week select a university activity. There are over twenty different activities on offer. Some of the activities on offer are orienteering, bread making, cake decorating, picture frame making, flower arranging, Japanese, radio presenting and many many more. At the end of the session children are awarded a “degree” in their activity.
